If you do not believe our government is totally controlled by big corps, then you are a fool! Capitalism sounds great, but the vast majority of the citizens do not reap the benefits of the current system of capitalism we "think" we have right now.

The middle class is shrinking at an amazing rate, and the disparage between rich and poor is growing every day. A better, perhaps hybrid, version of capitalism is needed ASAP.

BTW, the word "capitalism" does not appear in the Constitution of the United States, and if you were to read the document today, it sounds a whole lot more like socialism, than our currently perverted version of big corp capitalism.

The Dems can't pass anything, because they have been bought by the corps, hook, line and sinker. They just pretend they are not corp puppets - the Republicans don't even bother to pretend.
