You almost gave me a coronary. Indexing and Page Structure changes are great but should definitely show the spider (and surfer) where the new pages are so when they load any of those old pages they dont 404)
You might want to get to work fast and 301 all them pages to the new ones. It's not mandatory, but the engines will love you for it. (since right now all your pages indexed show a 404)
