I think the balloon was for some show stunt. Not the kid inside of it idea.
Do keep in mind, daddy is a fucking nutjob. I mean it takes seriously skill to end up on WifeSwap not once but to come back a second time as a viewer nightmare hook up. Being on there even once says so much about a person, that well yeah he is fucking nuts.
Will be 100% hard for any agency with money to really say 100% it was a scam or stunt without possible trouble. If he was willing to do the balloon shit, you know he would get some lawyers for more publicity.
I just think he was going to use the balloon for some UFO stunt to get some coverage for a possible show. Little brat got all excited, almost all of them are attention whores - and launched the fucker early.
We all know if you watch myth busters and caught the lawn chair balloon flight episode. How many helium tanks and balloons that took. Even if the kid was only a 6th of Adams weight it still is a shit load to gain any real lift.
