Pretty sure you always should be able to walk around your house naked. Well with some consideration I suppose. A normal house, sure why not. Just use fucking common sense.
Who in the hell really thinks if he wanted to be seen he would of picked that hour of the morning in hopes that someone walking a kid would be out there that early.
