Hi Brujah, some good questions there.

Quote:
Swoit ownership is Zarvon I take it so far. Was Greg Lasrado involved in this at all too ? Is ScottPB ?
Nope, none of these guys are involved - from my earlier post...

Swoit is run by Ingenic Limited, which is a company comprised of mainly technical people who have been in the industry many years. Ingenic (under it's old name, Zarvon) did do technical support for Intergal and Sexhit for many years, but is no longer associated with the operations of these programs in any way. Similiarly, CJ is a very good friend and is lending a hand with the promotions of Swoit - thanks CJ!

Swoit does however have a of of participating sites owned by many different webmasters from Australia - most of all who are close friends of Ingenic and would lend their support for the program launch. This is where much of the confusion has been about where the ownership lies.

40% of each month goes to Partners. What kind of paysite partner approval methods are involved ? Are there content requirements, minimum quantities, or other ?
It's explained in the FAQ, but like we said in there - because of the vast variety of paysites out there, we would hate to pigeonhole what we call a 'paysite'. So what we're looking for is what honestly appears to be a legitmiate paysite with a reasonable amount of content.

We are happy to accept the biggest MEGA sites down to the smallest amateur site run by a girl putting herself through college. That is the kind of variety you will find with Swoit.

What will discourage "linklist leeching" since partner payouts are based solely on the traffic to their sites from the linklist. This will benefit owners of dozens or hundreds of sites who will gain minutes by volume ?
Each site is manually inspected. Sites cannot simply 'link' to each other, the whole system of minutes and access is controlled by Swoit.

How are minutes being monitored ? What about site access protection by site owners, would it be .htaccess, referrer based, or other ?
Simple .htaccess. As a partner, you install a CGi and whenever a Swoit member requests access, a temporary (and unique) username and password is added to your .htpasswd file. They are then redirected to your members section with this U/P. It is randomly generated and very long. Each user has a different randomly generated combination.

Hope that helps!
