Dan but can you elaborate on that ? How is AIM fighting a fight that doesnt exist ? The motion to quash the Cal-OSHA SDT for patient Zero's records from AIM was already decided and Patient Zero was victorious....

Has Cal-OSHA filed an appeal ?
