I have said this before and argued what DWB posted.

To me it comes down to the following:
No consent = rape, No ability to give consent = No consent.

Also remove consent at anytime = rape.
Wife/husband/bf/gf/ do not have 24/7 consent.
Drunk/drugged people can not legally give consent.
