Switching the content to another domain isn't going to do shit for you, especially since the only reason is 'its not ranking where I want it'. Starting the same site again, on a different domain, isn't going to suddenly make it a google win.

It's not what I want or what I think. It ranked #1 for 2 years and still shows high in google webmaster tools but physically checking the site it's nowhere.
I understand the anomaly's of google and this happens and if relevant usually comes back. Mine has not... going on 6 months now
