I am a little weary about licensing content to overseas brokers. Currently I operate out of the US and have only one content licensing deal (In the states), and I'd like to expand. The bulk of the content brokers are out of the states. Should I be worried about getting ripped off?

The first foreign content broker that I will deal with is adultcontent.nl and that is because of their reputation.
