Yeah he prob hacked it would be my guess. But I don't really think he should have been banned originally thus the other accts (if hacked) just shows his tenacity to play ball. Have to admire it and you yourself said give the guy credit it may be his third language.
He's prob a genius and toying with us all. It is not easy to make 20 K as an affil now days in your first year.
