Nothing will change. The guys who are able to pull such scams, will always be able to pull such scams, because they are scammers. That's what scammers do.
Sure, YOU and I may not see how they will do it, but that is because we are not scammers. If you have a scamming brain, you're already 4 steps in front of something like this.
