If it was your credit card, then why did the
cardholder call me, asking why we charged their credit card? They asked me for a
refund, and I
closed the account that the fraudulent charge came from. Pretty simple.
I was on vacation when I got the call, I remember it very clearly.
I have explained this situation every time you make this same complaint post, and you never bother to read it.
