Looks like all the traffic was sent during the last month or so, you can't really judge on the "2" rebills in that case.
You should be able to track some of the infos back with your Billing provider and find out WHY membership were cancelled, their customer service peeps always ask for the reason of the cancellation, and you should have access to that.
Now looking at your payment page on

Maybe the
pre checked cross sells created those charge backs?
Just imaging getting a $1 membership and 2 days later you get a:
39.95 + 39.91 + 39.91 = $119.77
I sure would charge back my membership!
No webmaster would send that amount of traffic for 10 fake sign ups / charge backs
PS: I don't really have a side, i don't know any of you guys, i am just stating the obvious, hope you can work it out.... 60 sign ups and 10 charge backs dont really justify withholding $2400
