I think camgirls.com is worth $350k, but only for the right buyer. If you have no idea how to run a business and nothing left in your piggy bank after the purchase it's totally not worth it.
I agree with LazyCash, it's worth more than $250k. It's a good buy and I also want to say as a few others have- consult a broker and hold out for more. I guess it depends on your situation and when you need cash in your pocket. If you can afford it I would say hold out. I'm surprised with a solid low BIN no one has made a serious offer yet, but maybe word just hasn't hit the right ears.
