Sorry but I have to correct you on this point as what you have said is incorrect.

NATS is affiliate program software and yes, part of its function is to track and calculate payments due to affiliates. However, it has NOTHING to do with whether the program actually pays or not. NATS tells the program owner how much to pay but it is ENTIRELY down to the program owner and his trustworthiness as to whether he pays it or not. I just wanted to clarify that just because a program uses NATS does NOT mean you will get paid.
The CCBill situation is different because as well as running the affiliate program they also make the payments direct to the affiliates themselves so you are guaranteed your payments using this system. With NATS (and any other third party affiliate program software for that matter) all the money goes to the program owner who then pays the affiliates himself.
