Yeah, the "I moved to a foreign country" bit it is done a lot by scammers who think they can get people to forget about a scam because they think they're out of reach. I'd imagine the old address is probably still good. It's usually a precursor to the scamming catching up to them. Don't be surprised if another few threads pop up about the person in the coming weeks/months. It's almost down to a science around here.

I've already had a number of people contact me. The guy who paid $5,000 USD to pr0 and had no work done. And some very interesting messages and unexpected people sending me their support.
