Thanks for the complement. Lots of people at the course say 'how the heck do you do it?'. I tell them it's the '3 enes' that make it work. That's caffiene, nicotene & codene.
We usually start at sunup when the courses open and just quit when we feel tired. Take our time, with a cart, and don't overexert. I usually hit average 180 yards on drive and it's straight. They call me "fairway Jerry" on the course. :D I can hit it 220-230 if I want but then I start to lose accuracy. So, I stay straight and keep out of trouble. I see so many golfers wanting to be macho with a 250 yard drive but only 1 in 10 are in the fairway. Most are in the trees or in the "next over" fairway. They lose a stroke or two in being macho. I always say accuracy over distance. Most long ball hitting amateurs are NOT accurate and it costs them. Love to play skins with them.
