Loved their first couple of albums. Could not stand Axl's voice live though.
I did however get to hang and party with him in his apt above Sunset one night almost all night long. It was great talking shop with him and drinking Dom and beer. He was not high and really fucking cool. It is one of my great Hollywood memories from my Strip days.
