+1 for Naked Hosting. I started on shared and they treated me as if I was a $3,000/mo. customer. I moved up to dedicated and the support was the same; tickets answered within a few minutes and even quicker the one time I marked it emergency.
Just today I upgraded one of my boxes (total move from a smaller to a much bigger one) and it was done flawlessly without a second of downtime.
You cannot go wrong with them!
