Quite honestly, I think your best bet is to
a) sell the content
b) offer your sites as plug ins
I can't see many people interested in sites that will never update. This being said, I'm a little confused: do you have 2000 members now? If so, please send me a mail to webmaster + mozlo + com and I'm sure we'll be able to work things out
