I have my guy who has been working with me for almost 2 years.. He works EVERYDAY, minus 2-3 out the year for his countries festivals..
By far the most reliable person I have every had the pleasure to work with..
He has added over 20,000 hosted and embedded videos to my website..
Now what does he do..
#1 - Add embeds, title, description, Tags, Picture
or
#2 - Add FLV files, THAT ARE SERVER UPLOADED.. He internet connection is bad so he cant download and upload.. titles, descriptions, tags, pictures
What I do is send him Large lists from all the sponsors.. These lists include all the title, description, tags, pictures URL, video URL... And I send him banners to add above and below the videos for each category.. He then takes a few videos from each list and adds them per day..
Also his works very reasonable.. I pay him $10 to $20 per day to add shit loads of videos to 2 of my sites each day over the years
At one point he was adding 50 videos per day to hornyandhappy.com .. ... But he works Larger and smaller rates.. He had 4 people on his team and they work QUICK..
