I understand what you are saying and I agree. However, without the recourse of having to provide some kind of proof or explanation, it opens the door for any program (shady or not) to stop paying out and just claim "fraud - end of story". Not saying that's what happened here at all, but the whole situation is a double-edged sword in that regard.
