Sure thing: go to tweepi.com/tools/cleanup/ and connect your Twitter account. After your list loads, click the "Customise Columns" option and ensure the "updates" box is checked. Now in your list simply click the Updates column to sort by least number of tweets and you can then simply check the boxes for those you want to remove and click the Unfollow button. (Check the top box and SHIFT+click the bottom box to bulk select)
