Technically not, mr. obvious

Prior to symptoms arising all of my physicals, blood, etc. were all normal. Perhaps I shouldn't have said "excellent health" but if you'd prefer, I'll say "Good health before my pancreas suddenly stopped producing insulin and then I was no longer in excellent health." The symptoms began (although I didn't know they were symptoms yet) when I started a diet and it was going GREAT...so great that I lost 30 pounds in 2 months. I even bragged a bit about my success. After those two months, my mouth became uber dry and I got an unquenchable thirst. A friend said that I needed to see my dr. immediately. The dr. said my weight loss was not due to my dieting attempt but rather to the onset of diabetes.
