Seriously OP, there's actually some solid advice in this thread already. Learn the basics of search engine marketing, totally redesign all your sites, and you're half way there

It is a good thread with some basic knowledge... the thing is that I know it.. its just time. Id rather find a guru w tons of experience in SEO and cut them in on the action. Put people who are specialists in the right spots. I believe thats what brings success.... sure everyone can do it themselves... but the other method is finding 5 star people and put them in each area. Itll cost more or get cut up more, but it will make more money and bring more traffic that can be played with in other ways to make $.
