I've had 3 colds in the last 30 days, they've lasted like 2 or 3 days each, nothing bad, not lingering, but it's annoying.
Then yesterday I got a really bad one, my body aches, my head is pounding and my throat is completely closed.

I'm sooooo pissed off!!!!!!!

A friend recommended taking fish oil pills, I will get started as soon as I can swallow normally. May be it's time I start taking vitamins too!
