It flies with those I do repeat business with (konrad, borked, Prez, JamesK among others). They have always done the work for me upfront, sent me an invoice, and we've never had an issue.
Works the same on any script lancer site. You do work, deliver, and THEN are paid.
I do not hire, or work with, no names, and pay them up front. Sorry champ. That's not how I do business.
