good luck with that, but I give you a -10% chance of that happening.
No one is going to "lease" those domains for $5 a month much less $1800. The "lease" price isn't even the issue. It is the amount of time it will take people to build out these domains to make them make money. If I am going to spend all my time building out a site I would do it on my own domains.
I'll offer you $100 to buy all of them, interested ?
