Start making paysites that don't use the download movie model.
Live porn shows, user and model interaction, full HD movies blah blah. Make the user think they are part of something special and not just the latest credit card fraud special.
Give away your own crap for free before someone else does it for you, have sites that can upsell and draw people into the members areas.
