still leaves open the address question: for someone subject to 2257 with some ties to US, (like US server), an adress in Finland, St. Kitts, or other exotic places probably would NOT qualify. do I see this correctly? any documentary evidence for the location requirement?
I still prefer to be located in the US, because in many countries like Germany one gets in trouble just for LINKING. One is responsible for the content of the sites one LINKS to. Ridiculous.
Like the Brazilian webmaster who got arrested for linking to legit US Teen sites with 2057 documentation.
The US at least has legal security
