Hi my mom died recently, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the estate tax? I read in some places that its out in 2010, and some places that its not out... then some places that its out in 2010 but when they reinstate it it will be retroactive.
So I was wondering if anyone has worked with this. What a dumb tax.
