I got a tube that i would like to increase to traffic to it.

I'm searching for:

1. Places to buy traffic to feed a tube (not blind links/anyting like that).
2. Experts that will be able to advice me about this, my startup budget to invest in that is $5,000 - $7,500/month.

Please note, my tube receives already about 150,000 daily uniques from the search engines, i'm looking to get traffic from other sources as well.
