Sure you can quibble with some of the prices but the truth is domain prices are down from previous levels and the current market is providing many opportunities for buyers to obtain very valuable domains at a reduced price.
I'm sure the owners of most of those domains would be open to reasonable offers that might be even less if they were coming from serious buyers...
