- A bit too heavy for one-handed use - if you hold it with one hand it's only a matter of seconds before you end up resting it either on your lap or stomach
- No "killer app" yet - the hyped up Wall Street Journal app is pretty disappointing, not to mention somewhat clunky and challenging to navigate
- You'll never want to "do work" on this device - it's NOT a laptop/desktop replacement.
Pros: - Beautiful design, as expected
- Fantastic battery life - i used it for a few hours and it still had 85% battery juice left
- Great for casual browsing (news sites, facebook, etc.) as well as viewing photos, videos, etc.
Get it if: - You've been itching for a new toy
- You're a web designer
- You want to get an early start in experimenting with iPad traffic
Don't get it if: - You spend money only on things that you need
- You thought it'll replace your work desktop/laptop
- You like to wait for other companies to test out new markets before you enter them
Although it's not revolutionary in the traditional sense of the word, it has the potential to become people's porn viewing device of choice - so, your safest bet would be to get one.
