Oh, and to get back on topic.
On vaccines. I personally don't get a flu shot nor did I get a swine flu shot. I am one of those people who will get the flu as soon as I get the flu shot. If I don't get the shot I almost never get the flu.
I have read that often the flu shot is about a year behind. Supposedly the flu virus is always changing so the vaccine you get this year was for last year's strain and it may not even work for this year's version of the virus. That's not to say last year's version isn't still hanging around. I'm sure there are some people who get a benefit from the shot. I'm just not one of them so I choose not to get it and I kind of feel like it something that insurnace companies have really pushed as an extra way to make money.
