I just love the "contact a Poison Control Center if ingested" message on the back of your toothpaste. That's if you ingest 0.15% of a pea-sized amount of toothpaste?
I think it's impossible to avoid fluoride completely but you should definitely make sure that you aren't getting too much. Get a reverse osmosis water purifier if you are worried about getting too much fluoride.
