If you haven't guessed it, most of my videos were originally on YouTube. On my site they have the same keywords/descriptions they originally had on YT and so I never thought to check them. If I did, I might have caught 'preteen' but I wouldn't have known what 'lolita' meant.
As far as other videos uploaded by my users, I don't rigidly check them. If I do see something that's not right, I do remove the video and warn the user. This has only happened a few times.
My website has been free for the over a year and I have been charging for only 3 weeks. I guess when I started charging I wasn't aware of anything special I needed to do.
