I don't black-ball them from shooting for me later either. I've got some awesome scenes out of girls who have stood me up once or twice. It's natural for them to be nervous so I'm extremely nice and professional with them even if they've stood me up and sometimes they'll come back around. Now, I do shoot everything myself so there's really no cost to me if they don't show. That probably isn't the case with other producers so I can see their frustration. Just telling how I handle it.
I would not trash the girls on your local website either. I'd try to stick out by being considered the number one nicest most professional producer in town whether the girl deserves professionalism or not. Word will eventually get around. It'll pay off in the long run.
