yes, the problem being is that it would be the last thing alot of countries ever did, because if even a few 20 mega ton nukes got off you are talking world wide fatalities in the millions. the fallout would probably kill a million people alone, all over the place.
hiroshima,nagasaki- as horrible as the death and destruction was, those nukes were like firecrackers to the shit everyone has now.
