No, I take it from business point. It keeps my cost down. Very simple. I co-own small restaurant and have been having hard time dealing with fucking pot heads that don't show up to work, bitch about blacks tipping like shit and not willing to work lunch shifts. Mexicans will work 14 hours straight and will thank you for that.
