Thanks to everyone who added me to their "cool" list. I just saw this thread now and was very flattered to be included!
I totally agree with Sarah's comments about how there are more women in the industry who are "normal" workers (not the right wording, I know). Women on the boards and at the shows used to stick out and get pigeon-holed (har har) just because they were female. It's good to see some real equality come into the industry in the past five years or so.
