Well, you can actually do a lot there with the limited "primitives" system they have but you can also create mesh maps they call "sculpts" in 3DS, Maya or other 3D modeling tools. I build quite a bit there and though their system does suck in many ways, its a great place to use if you want to make a few bucks selling your stuff. I mostly make furniture that has sex poses in it. Anything by SexGen with the Malibu brand is mine.

Straight 3D models I sell on TurboSquid.com but there isn't much volume there.
