Long story short. My daughter was involved in a car accident ( passenger). She was in and out of the hospital for 2 weeks. She is not allowed to return to school for the rest of the year and her summer is ruined. First of all the sheriff erased her information from the police report because he didn't think that she was badly injured. Second of all the attorney says that doesn't matter because a police report is not admissable in court. Then he says that the guy that hit her has no insurance and no money. But he is a very well known real estate agent in our town. He says that she probably won't even get her medical bills covered. Help me plz!! I need cash to pay for all this.
