Personally I actually see topless for others viewing pleasure as whoring out your body anyways. So what if that girl decides she wants to try hardcore and see if she can earn more like that or she decides that it's right for whatever reason. Not sure i'd see it as a demotion or promotion just moving into a different area of the adult market.
