I beg to differ. I think a lot of folks think that 3D will be big, but there are a lot of uncertainty about the technical aspects that will keep many potential adopters on the sidelines for a while.
I canvassed my clients in early 2004 about shooting HD, but none were interested. By 2009, all my clients would only accept HD video. It takes longer than you might think for a new technology like 3D to become widely accepted.
