My point is that I have to sit around on ICQ until a tech finally decides to take the install. Because if I miss them by ten minutes, we start all over again. Can I at least schedule an install so we can both meet at the same time?

You may not want to argue, but at the same time I don't appreciate the gross misrepresentation of what happened either.
