For those of you that have gone cig-free that have smoked on a regular basis, how do you handle the occassional beer or whiskey, do you even think......
The cig sure tastes better with a beer doesnt it ?

You can do it. Start by putting your pack and lighter on top of the fridge, then go to your office upstairs, or in the other room or whereever. Why? Because. When you do your automatic reach for a smoke, you'll have to THINK and then walk in there and choose it, or choose to put it off a while yet.
Keep leaving them somewhere else so you'll have to do this until you're sick of it. Then stop buying them.
I smoked for 30 some years and had a heart attack at 42. Quitting before that happens is preferable since many dont get a second chance.
