Lessons learned ... don't bother with the middleman go to the source pay the guys who shoot the pictures.
Content chick ... If your going to sell shit content to the lowest bidders your going to have to deal with every hill billy with $300 and dreamweaver.
Ok back to hill billy ... deal with top bucks or major content providers next time then, the reason the charge big $$ is for amazing content and great staff to make sure this shit doesn't ever happen.
Oh and one more thing for support chick ... I get that you are here defending your company its admirable and shows loyalty ... but heres a good tip ... no matter how much hill billy whines never ever act like a spoilt blonde and go off on some stupid side track shit about an iPhone it really show lack of respect for potential clients. Everyone knows there are 2 sides I'm not saying who is right here but based on your responses I would not buy from you now due to your lack luster approach to customer service even if hill billy was being a giant douche.
