yeah what everyone is mentioning here is just cam houses, what he is talking about is taking it to a different level where the members of the site control everything not just a "voyeur house" where people site back and watch and they most they get to do is chat.

there would be a very easy way to get sponsors involved and several different ways to monitize traffic, but the site on its own would do very very well just from monthly membership fees.

If I remember right he has a pretty unique idea but different than what the original poster is talking about. I believe bigsister allows viewers to go to the house and have sex with the girls for free and other members get to watch.
