If you looking to build something and have the resources to do it, let me know I have the blue prints to the exact concept you are looking to do and have learned from trial and error what works the best.
I didn't get to impliment half of what I wanted to do, did almost all of the work myself (including design - which sucked) sent a limited amount of traffic to it and still had the site generate a couple hundred thousand in membership sales. It converted great, the concept is unique and addictive to members (long retention rates) it can't be pirated, i can't believe a bigger adult company or cam company hasn't done this yet right. Here was my half hearted attempt with limited resources:
